All Out came to do our maintenance and build a filter box for our return filters. Charlie was the technician we got and we couldn't of been happier! He was super professional and really explained everything super well. He made us laugh with his amazing personality and he was very intelligent.

Edit***I recently had new work done with the All Out team. We were experiencing an issue with a new A/C unit that wasn’t sufficiently cooling our home. The All Out team that came out led by Tre went above and beyond to fix this for us! They came out multiple times to see that everything was fixed and believe me this was a stubborn one. They never complained and always made sure we were happy. I can not recommend this company enough for any of your HVAC needs!!! Our house is an ice box now even when it’s 110 outside 🥶The All Out! Team is awesome! They came out to my house on time and work diligently until the job was done. I had to get my entire system replaced and even in the 100+ degree weather they worked hard and efficiently. Can’t recommend them enough!

Update, unfortunately George had to come out again, because the company that changes our filters did not change inside filters, and caused our compressor to go out, but George to the rescue again, had it done same day! Our office was sitting at 88 degrees over the weekend, George and Tre were out here in Tucson within 24hrs of calling them. Our unit was more than 20yrs old, so we had to have a whole unit replaced. George explained the whole process and kept me updated the whole way through. George and his crew had the crane here, took out old unit, and replaced with new unit within 2hrs!! We are extremely satisfied with their knowledge and efficiency, would definitely recommend All out Cooling & Heating!

I have been without air-conditioning for over two months I called simplify heating and air and they told me I had to replace my entire unit for about $10,000. A friend of mine recommended that I talked to George at all out cooling and heating all we had to do is change a motor and lo and behold, I have air conditioning again. Service was prompt clean and friendly. I cannot tell you how happy I am right now. I recommend them with five stars and I’m going to tell everybody in the RV park I live in about all out cooling and heating. They earned my trust and I hope to throw a ton of business their way they were awesome!!!

Excellent team and service. About a year ago, an HVAC company came out and told us we needed to replace our AC unit - a $10K - $15K expense. We reached out to a few companies, including All Out, for pricing. When they came out, though, they fixed what two other companies said couldn't be fixed. That unit is still going without issue. Since then, they've done a maintenance visit and another fix just today on the other unit in our house.Tre on their team has visited our house a number of times and is always super helpful, courteous, and does quick work! We contacted them this morning and they came out this afternoon, which was much appreciated.

Not only with Trey, and the other young technician, incredibly professional and kind, but they also went the extra mile by adding coolant to my system to keep me comfortable while I took a few days to review quotes, and make a decision - none of the other companies offered that kind of Service. AC went out late afternoon on a weekday and I called around to several places but couldn't find anyone with availability today. George gave me a call back at 5 and told me he would try to get someone out that night and called me again shortly after to let me know his technician would be on the way. Kam showed up just a couple hours later and was a life saver for us from the grueling heat today. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything he was doing with pics. Less than an hour later the air was running again. He offered a very fair price especially for a last minute service call. Won't hesitate to use these guys again for all future HVAC needs!
When my husband went to switch from evap to ac on a humid 110+ day, the ac didn’t come on. The guys from All Out came over the next day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed our 9-year-old unit. They were prompt and professional and the cost was reasonable. We’ll definitely be keeping their contact info for the future!
I was more than pleased with my service. Kam and Jayce were very courteous and professional. Kam went over everything with me and didn't try to hard sell me on anything. I've tried a couple of different air conditioning services in the past, but always had an "iffy" feeling after the work was done. Kam and Tre saved the day!!! I live on the third floor and when my AC broke down I was baking. Due to all the jobs All Out had lined up, it was going to take a few days to get fixed while also waiting for the parts to come in, but they fit me into their schedule after finding the parts, and mentioned that it was because they didn’t want me to have a whole weekend without AC. They were extremely courteous and efficient, and got my AC up and running like it never has before! I would recommend these techs to anyone, and they will definitely be my first call if I ever have issues again. My AC hadn’t been serviced in 3 or 4 years and I hadn’t changed the filters either. I’m surprised it was running at all! But Tre came in and completely cleaned the unit; changed the filters and it’s running so much smoother! He told me what needs to be done and what was optional which I appreciated. He also made sure he wore those booties to protect the floor. Companies that do that I find are usually more reliable because they care about doing the job neatly and correctly. They are now my new affordable AC company. . Highly recommend!

Our upstairs ac went out in the middle of last week so we called George Brazil, as they had been servicing our ac units for almost a decade now. George Brazil told us the repair would be 3k and that it wouldn't last long and talked us into getting a whole new unit. After scheduling the install and sitting on the price of a new unit, I decided to call around to get other quotes. My friend ended up referring me to All Out and I can't say how grateful I am for their referral! Turns out we didn't even need a new unit at this time and the cost for repairs were astronomically lower than what George Brazil had quoted us. George with All Out sent Kam out to our house to get us situated with working ac before leaving us with our decision on whether or not we wanted to do the repairs or go with a whole new unit, which was more than amazing because we had already been going on over 24hrs without ac upstairs. Kam was amazing and came out late at night to do the repair for us so that we could start cooling off our upstairs ASAP. All Out has been nothing but a pleasure to do business with. We even ended up signing up for their membership and have canceled our previous provider services. If you're looking for a company to go all out for your needs, I highly recommend giving All Out a call! I can't thank them enough!
My wife and I used all out after checking pricing for a new ac unit from a few different companies. We were told the blower motor went out in our hvac and that they could repair the problem or, as you'd guess, recommended replacing since the "repair wouldn't last long and the new part with yiur old system will stress that part and you'll be paying for another repair in a year".After being informed that we had a failure we started shopping around. We used George Brazil for our maintenance for years but they quoted me $3,000 to do a repair that All Out was able to do for literally less than 1/3 the cost of that. George and cam are wonderful to work with, I never felt pressured, and they have been bending over backwards to give us an amazing experience in this time of need. I cannot thank you guys enough. Man, I can’t say how much these guys are a life saver. Called 3 different places, they were unable to help and most attempted to make me purchase a new system. Not All Out Cooling.
