I wish I could give this company 10 stars! Hands down one of the best companies I've come across ever. As a business owner myself, I couldn't be more impressed of a company, owner (George) and his technicians. They were on site within a couple of hours of me contacting them, spent several hours assessing and giving me the '101 quick course' on Arizona's cooling and heating systems (I am from MN and our systems are extremely different). They were on site the next day installing the equipment! Investing in an expensive and long term very important part of the home was extremely stressful but Trey (lead technician) and George (owner) spent their time educating me on the various systems and I am 100+++++ percent confident we went with the best solution. The equipment is top notch, much smaller, extremely quiet and best of all works AMAZING! They cleared out all the old equipment and cleaned up the attic which the original builder had made a mess with extra ductwork and almost impossible to get to. They are so friendly, professional and really are a caring team. They don't just try to 'sell' you equipment, they really want to help and give you the best service not only on the install but going forward to maintain the equipment so it lasts. I AM SO GRATEFUL OF GEORGE AND HIS TECHNICIANS - I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH - ALL OUT IS THE BEST!

This company, whom I used once before and spent over $2000 on what I think were legit repairs needed, went from a 5 to a 2 because of the following:1. They didn't put me down on their calendar when I scheduled my maintenance service as part of my annual plan. Glad I called them the afternoon beforehand, to find that out. I had to work the upcoming visit into my workweek in preparation, too. So I had to reschedule.2. I was not contacted for the rescheduled date until the morning of, where they said they would be unable to keep the appointment. I had to work that slot into my workweek again. I rescheduled once again.3. The third time, I had to again mold my workweek to the visit, but they showed up. They did the maintenance check, but then tried to upsell me to the tune of nearly $2000 for things that were arguably not necessary at this time. The main part on the unit in question, for starters, is still warrantied for another three years. And then, the technician said on his way out the door, "if you need us, let us know, we're here for you." Well, no, that's not true, and it really hit me the wrong way. I also made me wonder, am I going to sit through the "concerned upsell" every time I have someone out?4. I emailed to cancel my annual maintenance plan I had signed up for. No response from the company.5. I received a text solicit within 48 hours to do a maintenance check on my unit (!) and leave a review. I called and asked them to not solicit me anymore, and had to verify that I was off their plan, to avoid the upcoming automatic annual re-enrollment.6. I received another text solicit within a matter of days to leave a review. I called and told them to, again, stop soliciting me, I was unhappy with their service and wouldn't be using them anymore. I advised if they continued to spam me for reviews, I would give them one, straight up.7. After the second solicit email from them since then, asking for a review: here is my review.I will not, and would not again, do business with them. Nice people, but in my opinion, too many excuses and not enough professionalism and follow-through. To me, they should have another business partner running the business end for them, because they did it poorly--consistently. The 5.0 in reviews are confusing to me. Not from me, and not for me.

We had roof repair that resulted in our AC unit draining lines pointing straight in the air, Cameron our technician provided us with excellent photos before and after repairs that were needed to show our HOA. Tre came out to our house to fix a few issues in our attic. I was really impressed with his service! He was able to find and fix the problems within half an hour. Even though I was out of the house he sent a bunch of detailed pictures of his work. The price was very reasonable too! I hope it'll be a while before we need a technician but I'll definitely call All Out again!

I’ve used All Out Cooling and Heating for almost a year now and seriously can’t speak highly enough. They’re always on time, thorough, and professional. I had Cameron service my two A/C units today and he did a very good job. He was able to catch a developing issue, present me with options, and then fix the issue all the same day. Had I let that go, I’d probably be paying for a new A/C unit soon. I’m very appreciative for the knowledge and professionalism. I can’t recommend these guys enough.
4/4/2026-All Out Cooling & Heating recently completed a maintenance service at my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased. My technician, Charlie Sheets, was thorough, professional, and very polite throughout the visit.This company continues to stand out because of its honesty and exceptional customer service. The high standards set by the owner, George, are clearly reflected in the entire team—from skilled technicians like Charlie to the friendly and helpful support from Nancy.It’s always a positive experience working with AOC&H, and I highly recommend them. Thank you!past review- I am so glad I came across George and his company. When my AC went out I called the warranty to come out and fix the problem. Warranty took one week to come out just to say it was a bad compressor and needed to get it approved by the warranty company before fixing the problem. Warranty denied the claim and decided to just pay out the old unit at a fraction of what it would cost to replace or fix the unit. The house is being occupied by my daughter and her beloved cats and as you know in AZ temperature it can be deadly in the peak of the heat in July. The house was nearing 100 degrees. When I called George I was anxious of the situation and his quick reaction was amazing. He was at a job and promised he would go that same day himself to see how he can help. True to his word that night he was there and managed to get the unit cooling. He said he would come back the next day to look at the unit and see what needs to be fixed. I was possibly facing having to replace the unit. George came back the next day as promised and he was able to fix the issue which did not even have anything to do with the compressor. I feel very blessed to have found an honest company that is more concern for the client then trying to take advantage of people who have no knowledge of AC units and rely on the experts. I have so much to say about the unsatisfactory of how warranty handled this situation, the first company that probably just wanted to get a free compressor at the expense of my daughter suffering in the heat, and how greatfull I am to George. But this is a post review of All Out Cooling and Heating, and this company is an above and beyond company, I highly recommend!!! Thank you!!!
Just completed my annual service inspection for my AC unit. Charlie Sheets arrived on time, did a great job, and completed the service promptly. He took the time to review the 25 point inspection checklist and pointed out the good items and those that needed attention. This company is amazing!!!! I called them out for second appion. I was originally told by another company that i needed a new system! I was recommended All Out by a friend. They came out within a few hours!!! The office staff was super nice, friendly, and helpfull. Said Tre would be my technician! Very professional, explained everytjing he was going to do!!! Our AC stopped working on May 29, we called our Home Warranty, they said the earliest they could get out was a whole week, not until June 5! And the temperatures outside are over 104 degrees! Our son-in-law gave us George Blitch's name to try. We called, he came out that very day!!! He replaced the capacitor, and cleaned stuff, he even went in the attic to check the furnace. Thank God he came out to fix it right away!!! He was very friendly, and very thorough! We will recommend him to everyone! Thank you George!

With all the private equity companies in the valley and the crazy prices they are charging All Out is my new goto option. They are family owned and the owner is a super nice guy. They have some really neat trucks out of the road that are what initially caught my attention, but this is a company you can trust to actually care.
Excellent A/C and Heating Company! Stellar Employees! Definitely a "5" star operation! Keep doing what you are doing All Out Heating and Cooling! We met with Cameron today and he was a joy to work with! Cameron did a thorough inspection of our units in our attic and on the ground (south side of our house)...Cameron created a video with my phone that provided his commentary during the entire inspection and it was very informative and in understandable terms. Cameron found some issues during his inspection including a PVC pipe in the attic for the bathroom exhaust that became separated and an external PVC pipe for water drainage that was not properly glued. Cameron advised that he would take care of these issues at no extra cost.Cameron also assured us that there was no evidence of rats and the insulation and ductwork looked fine in our attic. Orkin was by our house recently and communicated that there was a lot of problems in our attic due to a rat infestation and damaged insulation and ductwork. Orkin provided a $10K+ quote to redo everything that was supposedly damaged in the attic.Be very careful with the big companies that go into your attic (especially if you are a senior). It seems that sales people target seniors because they know you cannot see what is going on in the attic likely and will likely not go up there or get a second opinion. These large companies think they can easily pull the wool over your eyes and deceive you. This is the second instance where we have called All Out Heating and Cooling after another contractor has lied to us about what is going on in our attic. All Out Heating and Cooling has been our saving grace-they have spoken the truth and have saved us thousands of dollars by preventing unneeded repairs.I highly recommend All Out Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs as they operate with integrity. Regardless of their $99 annual membership fee, you will likely save thousands of dollars over the life of your HVAC unit(s) by working with All Out Heating and Cooling. A final word of wisdom... Do not deal with any companies that provide bonuses to their inspectors (salespeople) for all HVAC repairs. There are many HVAC companies that incent their inspectors with large bonuses on sales, which is never good for the consumer.
The team at All Out was very thorough in their analysis of our attic and several repaor packages were offered. The other quotes we had were decent but they weren't as thorough and complete. When the day came for the repairs, Tre and his team were polite, communicated well, and kept the house clean and kept to their time estimate. I highly recommend All Out for all your HVAC needs.
Tre and his team was by far the choice to go with after reviewing other quotes from larger and smaller companies. They worked within my budget to find a solution was more comprehensive than the others, even pointing out facts that the other missed. I’m a very happy customer and now staying with them for the long haul!
Trey and Cameron installed two Reme-Halos in my home today, and the entire experience was outstanding. They arrived right on time, were extremely professional, and even wore booties to keep everything clean. Kam Cullimore, was excellent! He did a great job fixing our A/C unit after a few other places gave us quotes. Kam had the best deal, but also was extremely professional and kind throughout the whole process. He not only fixed our condensing motor, but also cleaned up the unit, took pictures, and showcased the whole process by pictures and videos! Highly recommend!Wanted to add a second update for 10/22/2025! We had Charlie and Tre come out to fix our roof after the nasty rain storm recently! They replaced all the plywood, fresh new shingles, flashed and resealed everything as well as the unit itself. These young men did incredible work. Would recommend them to anyone!
I can't say enough good things about Tre and Charlie who are the technicians that have been helping us with some issues including repair, installation of a new unit and thermostat. They are both very polite and nice and have explained all of our options along the way.
