All Out definitely lives up to their name, with fantastic customer service. Everyone at the office and the technician that visited my home were excellent. Very honest and did a great job explaining everything to me so I could make educated decisions. I would definitely recommend them to friends, neighbors or family.
With all the private equity companies in the valley and the crazy prices they are charging All Out is my new goto option. They are family owned and the owner is a super nice guy. They have some really neat trucks out of the road that are what initially caught my attention, but this is a company you can trust to actually care.
Excellent A/C and Heating Company! Stellar Employees! Definitely a "5" star operation! Keep doing what you are doing All Out Heating and Cooling! We met with Cameron today and he was a joy to work with! Cameron did a thorough inspection of our units in our attic and on the ground (south side of our house)...Cameron created a video with my phone that provided his commentary during the entire inspection and it was very informative and in understandable terms. Cameron found some issues during his inspection including a PVC pipe in the attic for the bathroom exhaust that became separated and an external PVC pipe for water drainage that was not properly glued. Cameron advised that he would take care of these issues at no extra cost.Cameron also assured us that there was no evidence of rats and the insulation and ductwork looked fine in our attic. Orkin was by our house recently and communicated that there was a lot of problems in our attic due to a rat infestation and damaged insulation and ductwork. Orkin provided a $10K+ quote to redo everything that was supposedly damaged in the attic.Be very careful with the big companies that go into your attic (especially if you are a senior). It seems that sales people target seniors because they know you cannot see what is going on in the attic likely and will likely not go up there or get a second opinion. These large companies think they can easily pull the wool over your eyes and deceive you. This is the second instance where we have called All Out Heating and Cooling after another contractor has lied to us about what is going on in our attic. All Out Heating and Cooling has been our saving grace-they have spoken the truth and have saved us thousands of dollars by preventing unneeded repairs.I highly recommend All Out Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs as they operate with integrity. Regardless of their $99 annual membership fee, you will likely save thousands of dollars over the life of your HVAC unit(s) by working with All Out Heating and Cooling. A final word of wisdom... Do not deal with any companies that provide bonuses to their inspectors (salespeople) for all HVAC repairs. There are many HVAC companies that incent their inspectors with large bonuses on sales, which is never good for the consumer.
The team at All Out was very thorough in their analysis of our attic and several repaor packages were offered. The other quotes we had were decent but they weren't as thorough and complete. When the day came for the repairs, Tre and his team were polite, communicated well, and kept the house clean and kept to their time estimate. I highly recommend All Out for all your HVAC needs.
Tre and his team was by far the choice to go with after reviewing other quotes from larger and smaller companies. They worked within my budget to find a solution was more comprehensive than the others, even pointing out facts that the other missed. I’m a very happy customer and now staying with them for the long haul!
Trey and Cameron installed two Reme-Halos in my home today, and the entire experience was outstanding. They arrived right on time, were extremely professional, and even wore booties to keep everything clean. They took the time to explain the installation process and make sure I understood how everything worked. It’s rare to find technicians who combine great workmanship with such courteous service. Kam Cullimore, was excellent! He did a great job fixing our A/C unit after a few other places gave us quotes. Kam had the best deal, but also was extremely professional and kind throughout the whole process. He not only fixed our condensing motor, but also cleaned up the unit, took pictures, and showcased the whole process by pictures and videos! Highly recommend!Wanted to add a second update for 10/22/2025! We had Charlie and Tre come out to fix our roof after the nasty rain storm recently! They replaced all the plywood, fresh new shingles, flashed and resealed everything as well as the unit itself. These young men did incredible work. Would recommend them to anyone!
I can't say enough good things about Tre and Charlie who are the technicians that have been helping us with some issues including repair, installation of a new unit and thermostat. They are both very polite and nice and have explained all of our options along the way.
Tre at All Out was great! Very professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done quick. He was very thorough in explaining everything that was going on, showing me clear pictures of the unit on the inside of the roof and answering any questions I had. Tre had my A/C blowing cold the same day I called. He was polite and even used shoe wraps everytime he had to step into the house, that’s something above and beyond any other technician that’s come out for something before. Anyone who has ever been a tech, mechanic, plumber, etc knows how dirty your work shoes get and All Out respected my house and floors even more than some of my friends! Would recommend Tre and All Out plumbing 100%, they’re great, quick, aren’t pushy, are there when they say they’ll be there, and will leave you happy you called them.

Tre was the representative that was sent to our home for a price quote and his review of our home's air conditioning needs was very thorough. He went up in the attic... took pictures and then spent time with us reviewing what he recommended for a new install to replace our 20+ year old system. All Out is amazing! They have been servicing and maintaining our systems for years now. We have never had one complaint. Our Technician Charlie is super intelligent. Edit***I recently had new work done with the All Out team. We were experiencing an issue with a new A/C unit that wasn’t sufficiently cooling our home. The All Out team that came out led by Tre went above and beyond to fix this for us! They came out multiple times to see that everything was fixed and believe me this was a stubborn one. They never complained and always made sure we were happy. I can not recommend this company enough for any of your HVAC needs!!! Our house is an ice box now even when it’s 110 outside 🥶The All Out! Team is awesome! They came out to my house on time and work diligently until the job was done. I had to get my entire system replaced and even in the 100+ degree weather they worked hard and efficiently. Can’t recommend them enough!
We called them mid day about our ac not working right. Trey and George scheduled an appointment same day and were able to fix our unit! Would absolutely recommend for quality and efficiency. Life savers during Az summers!
Update, unfortunately George had to come out again, because the company that changes our filters did not change inside filters, and caused our compressor to go out, but George to the rescue again, had it done same day! Our office was sitting at 88 degrees over the weekend, George and Tre were out here in Tucson within 24hrs of calling them. Our unit was more than 20yrs old, so we had to have a whole unit replaced. George explained the whole process and kept me updated the whole way through. George and his crew had the crane here, took out old unit, and replaced with new unit within 2hrs!! We are extremely satisfied with their knowledge and efficiency, would definitely recommend All out Cooling & Heating!

I have been without air-conditioning for over two months I called simplify heating and air and they told me I had to replace my entire unit for about $10,000. A friend of mine recommended that I talked to George at all out cooling and heating all we had to do is change a motor and lo and behold, I have air conditioning again. Service was prompt clean and friendly. I cannot tell you how happy I am right now. I recommend them with five stars and I’m going to tell everybody in the RV park I live in about all out cooling and heating. They earned my trust and I hope to throw a ton of business their way they were awesome!!!
