For repairs completed today customer is also going to purchase a new Plenum we gave them a price of $937 for the new Plenum and collars George has the sizes advised customer it would be sometime next week when we could get them on the schedule to replace that

4 ton Daikin 14.3 SEER2 single stage compressor system System does not qualify for SRP rebate. System comes with a 12 year parts warranty and 6 year unit replacement. 2 year labor warranty through All Out. Split Gas Attic Scope of work: 1. Protect the home with floor covers and drape plastic in closets and pantries as needed. 2. Remove & Replace the existing split system with a new AHRI rated split system with furnace/coil in the attic. 3. Supply & Install custom uni-strut hangers to support the system & drain pan. 4. Supply & Install a new secondary drip pan with vibration isolators. 5. Supply & Install new custom fabricated duct distribution boxes (plenums) matched & sealed to the flange of the coil & furnace to prevent air leaks. 6. Supply & Install new manual dampers on every supply duct off of the plenum. 7. Supply & Install condensate overflow safety switch. 8. Blower

Upon arrival found the unit breaker is tripped on tripped the breaker went up and found the blower motor is causing it to trip. Giving customer three options for repairs. Customer is asking for a quote on a new unit as this unit is nickeling and diming him.George is going to reach out on 10/21/23

Air conditioner repair service call: Inspected ac unit to find noise that’s happening when unit shuts down. Found systems return filters moving within return filter grill causing noise at start up and shut down. Adjusted filter grill and checked operation. System working correctly at this time.

Upon arrival conducted routine maintenance on both units both units are running within manufacture specs at this time I do have a recommendation of safety switches on both units

Upon arrival found system safety error (high limit open) appearing on daikin one thermostat. Tested high limits at furnace in attic and found switches closed. Contacted daikin customer support. Reset equipment with same error code after reset. Ordered new control board for furnace in attic with Stevens supply. Will need to get board and return to install.

Upon arrival found outdoor condenser not working. Found dual run capacitor faulty. Replaced capacitor and checked operation. Found system cooling at this time. Attic is foamed and cooled. Replaced faulty dual run capacitor. System cooling properly. Customer declined maintenance contract at this time.

Found capacitor faulty for outdoor fan motor, burnt contactor and outdoor fan motor with some discoloration around shaft. Will quote repairs Replaced condenser fan capacitor and contactor at condenser. System now cooling properly. Found 17 degree split but checked refrigerant charge and found 13 degree sub cooling.

HVAC repair: Upon inspection, found indoor blower motor faulty. Replaced with parts I had readily available. Given the age of the HVAC system, replacement is recommended. Will present client with estimate for new unit.

Upon arrival went through both units found all amps are within manufacture specs I did find sub cooling both units to be low indicating low refrigerant I found one Schrader cord leaking found one bad 45/5 dual run capacitor both line sets need to be wrapped she is having her home warranty come out tomorrow and see what they will cover what they don’t we will come back out and complete for her

Add r410a to charge equipment correctly. Found leak at outdoor condenser. Could not locate leak with soap bubbles American home shield authorization code: 632JEHC $632.13 Arrived on site and got approval from American home shield insurance for repairs today and last visit for diagnostics. charged equipment per manufactures specifications 9 degree subcooling 4# r410a. Checked operation and found system cooling properly.

Upon arrival tested compressor compressor is bad homeowner is going to get with George figure out when he can come install the new unit

Perfromed pm on one split system with furnace in attic upstairs and condenser on ground. Found fresh air intake turned on in attic taking fresh hot air from outside and directing it into the supply pleuneum. Turned off per Yasmin. Found system low on charge. It seems the leak is outside at the condenser but could no locate with soap bubbles. Presented the estimate to Yasmin but she’d prefer to go with her home warranty company. System not cooling correctly at this time. See photos. Changed out return air filters 3)20x20x1

Upon arrival found unit is a little low on refrigerant R 22 I put in a quote for starting sub coool was 4.5 needs to be around 8 tried to get ahold of the home owner with no luck person who opened home has left

Upon arrival found no blower motor in attic homeowner has been dealing with this work for three weeks with her home warranty they recommended that she have the blower compartment cleaned I took pictures blower compartment and squirrel cage are completely clean there is no need for a cleaning replaced with a new 115 3/4 1075 motor unit is now cooling within spec at this time

Upon inspection I found a bad 50 amp fuse and bad dual run capacitor. Run capacitor is under warranty. I replaced parts and system is working properly at this time.

Went to client's home to check air conditioner cooling inconsistently. Upon arrival found the unit was cooling. I went ahead and went through the entire unit. checked refrigerant levels found the sub cool was at three, put it back up to nine as per manufacture specs. I did not find any other issues with the unit but I believe that fixed the problem. Reminded client to call back if they notice any further issues.

Upon inspection I found the compressor to be grounded out. Will provide estimate for new system.

Upon inspection I found the system to be working properly at this time. Temperature split is 22 degrees. Siri said that she just replaced the filter. Issue could have been lack of airflow across the indoor coil caused by a dirty filter.

Found outdoor an motor with faulty bearings. Replaced outdoor fan motor and capacitor and checked operation. Found system cooling properly at this time.
