Installed 30x20 bar type filter grill and secondary drain pan.
Will create estimate to reinstall AC unit and add new ductwork.
Need to provide estimate on a 3 ton attic split gas system. Current system sounds like it has a leak from information Giselle told me.
System looks to be in really good shape. Need to setup a call for maintenance and fully checkout the system to decide if a new system is necessary.

I performed a thorough inspection of the HVAC system. The findings include a return air temperature of 75° and supply air temperature of 52°, resulting in a 23° temperature split, which is considered good. The external static pressure totals .5Wc; however, the return static pressure is slightly high at .4Wc, likely due to a dirty filter which I recommended replacing. The blower wheel is slightly dirty, and the condenser coil could use cleaning. All capacitors are within the tolerance range, and the condensate safety switch is functioning properly. The system is generally in good condition with minor issues like the high return static pressure, which changing the filter should resolve. There are no other major issues noted, and the system is operating within the manufacturer's specifications.
Upon inspection, I found the system to be working properly at this time. All operational tests, including thermostat calibration and airflow measurements, indicate optimal performance. I conducted a routine check of refrigerant levels and electrical connections to confirm no issues are present. Regular maintenance has clearly been beneficial in maintaining the system's reliability and efficiency.
Came out and saw that there is a soffit that needs to be removed first before we can determine what options we have for moving the ductwork.

I performed an AC check up on a trane package unit. System was running good no need for any repairs or concern. Dual capacitor was running in optimal range. Evaporator coil was clean Condenser coils were fairly dirty Blower wheel was clean Found return temperature at 63° and supply temperature at 45° with a total split temperature of 18° anything at 18° or above is considered good. I did recommend to the homeowner a coil cleaning included with membership sign up to Georgie flight club, in preparation for the summer but they wanted to wait and think about it.
Completed AC repair by replacing the thermostat with a Honeywell T9 Smart Thermostat. Tasks included uninstalling the old thermostat, wiring the new Honeywell T9, and programming it for optimal performance. Conducted system tests to ensure seamless integration and accurate temperature control. Provided detailed instructions to the homeowner on operating the new thermostat efficiently.
Conducted comprehensive maintenance on a Carrier Infinity Series 5-ton outdoor AC unit, model #38ARS060-5. Tasks included meticulous cleaning of condenser coils, thorough inspection of electrical connections, replacement of a faulty capacitor (model #P291-4053RS), and precise measurement of refrigerant levels.
Upon inspection we found the supply air vent working properly. Home owner stated the door to the bedroom stayed closed most of the time. I advised the homeowner to keep the door open as it will help remove more of the hot air and stay cooler in the bedroom. I inspected the system and it is running properly and cleaned the condenser coils.
