Ben came out right away, saw what the problem was right away, and fixed it right away. He was courteous, professional, and able to give us a fair price.

Arrived on site and found thermostat set to 72 but 76 inside. Found condenser with faulty capacitor and burnt starter (contactor). Mary approved the repairs and I completed repairs at condenser. Checked operation and found system cooling. System from 2005 and using R22 refrigerant.

Completed installing new compressor also installed two surge protectors One on each unit when George gets back into town we still have two breakers to replace

Residential Air Conditioner Repair: Completed a residential air conditioner repair to resolve cooling issues. The system was experiencing reduced cooling efficiency, leading to discomfort in the home. Diagnosed the problem, which was a faulty compressor capacitor, and replaced it. Conducted a comprehensive system check, ensuring all components were functioning correctly, resulting in restored cooling performance and improved comfort for the homeowner.
Ben responded to my call and set up a technician to help us right away. Good people to work with!
We are incredibly grateful that you took the time out to leave us a 5-Star review.

Had a surge took the compressor out. On the other unit out called all items are on warranty at this time. All items on order threw trane supply in mesa will be in on Monday.

Upon arrival found system cooling. Checked complete operation of equipment. Found outdoor fan motor with signs of oil leakage and pulling .61 amps when rated for .60. Right now it’s 80 degrees outside. When it gets hotter or the system runs for a longer period, it’s very likely that this motor is failing causing the system to not cool correctly. It’s possible that the parts will be covered under warranty. Need to contact provider on Monday and return to replace outdoor fan motor and capacitor. See estimate for pricing.

Had to add 2 pounds of refrigerant on the unit we did not do anything to the unit with the new compressor has a 10° of coal it calls for an 8+ or -3 the other unit cost for a 10° of cool and was at eight put unit back to 10 sub cool both units are cooling within manufacture specs
Great Service! Quick response time and work time. Very knowledgeable worker who communicated clearly, and made sure I completely understood everything.

Changed drain pan added condensate switch cleared drain line coming back tomorrow to put in 2 Wi-Fi thermostats customer has 2 units to be covered under maintenance plan

Replace dual run capacitor up to 80+5 mfd. Test all operations to ensure system part is working properly while system is running.

We will be sending a quote for a 2 ton mini split customer is ready to get this done as soon as possible advised him most likely Monday or Tuesday The garage is 38 feet long by 35 foot 1330 square ft with 9 1/2 tall ceilings
Ben rectified the problem efficiently.

Upon arrival found system in off position at thermostat. This unit was installed recently and has an issue with the drain. The installing contractor came back and made a correction to the primary drain line. There is a water gurgling noise coming from the duct work in the floor but I did an inspection of the duct work at the main return and the secondary return and found no water at this time. Under the unit is wet and has signs of water being there but is dry at this time. There are various things that need to be done to better the installation and make sure everything is working safely, efficiently and draining properly. Recommend keeping the fan button at the thermostat to the ON position for the next 48-72 hours to help evaporate water in the duct work and under the unit. Keep the system in cooling mode to help dehumidify the system. 1. Found sub cooling slightly low. System cooling with 27 degree split at this time. I’d like to let the duct dry out and re-check charge
