Tre at All Out was great! Very professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done quick. He was very thorough in explaining everything that was going on, showing me clear pictures of the unit on the inside of the roof and answering any questions I had. Tre had my A/C blowing cold the same day I called. He was polite and even used shoe wraps everytime he had to step into the house, that’s something above and beyond any other technician that’s come out for something before. Anyone who has ever been a tech, mechanic, plumber, etc knows how dirty your work shoes get and All Out respected my house and floors even more than some of my friends! Would recommend Tre and All Out plumbing 100%, they’re great, quick, aren’t pushy, are there when they say they’ll be there, and will leave you happy you called them.

Tre was the representative that was sent to our home for a price quote and his review of our home's air conditioning needs was very thorough. He went up in the attic... took pictures and then spent time with us reviewing what he recommended for a new install to replace our 20+ year old system. He was very professional and was able to answer all our questions. We also spent time on the phone with George, the owner of the company. He really cares about his clients and you can tell strives to provide the best service, with great products. He is proof that you don't have to be the biggest company out there to be one of the best. All Out is amazing! They have been servicing and maintaining our systems for years now. We have never had one complaint. Our Technician Charlie is super intelligent. Edit***I recently had new work done with the All Out team. We were experiencing an issue with a new A/C unit that wasn’t sufficiently cooling our home. The All Out team that came out led by Tre went above and beyond to fix this for us! They came out multiple times to see that everything was fixed and believe me this was a stubborn one. They never complained and always made sure we were happy. I can not recommend this company enough for any of your HVAC needs!!! Our house is an ice box now even when it’s 110 outside 🥶The All Out! Team is awesome! They came out to my house on time and work diligently until the job was done. I had to get my entire system replaced and even in the 100+ degree weather they worked hard and efficiently. Can’t recommend them enough!

Update, unfortunately George had to come out again, because the company that changes our filters did not change inside filters, and caused our compressor to go out, but George to the rescue again, had it done same day! Our office was sitting at 88 degrees over the weekend, George and Tre were out here in Tucson within 24hrs of calling them. Our unit was more than 20yrs old, so we had to have a whole unit replaced. George explained the whole process and kept me updated the whole way through. George and his crew had the crane here, took out old unit, and replaced with new unit within 2hrs!! We are extremely satisfied with their knowledge and efficiency, would definitely recommend All out Cooling & Heating!

I have been without air-conditioning for over two months I called simplify heating and air and they told me I had to replace my entire unit for about $10,000. A friend of mine recommended that I talked to George at all out cooling and heating all we had to do is change a motor and lo and behold, I have air conditioning again. Service was prompt clean and friendly. I cannot tell you how happy I am right now. I recommend them with five stars and I’m going to tell everybody in the RV park I live in about all out cooling and heating. They earned my trust and I hope to throw a ton of business their way they were awesome!!!

Our A/C went out and within 12 hours we had Kam and Charlie come out to fix it. SAVING the day! We have used All Out for several years and have always had a great experience but when your A/C goes out it’s important to have a company/employees that care! Great HVAC company, and maybe the best service type company I have ever dealt with! Excellent team and service. About a year ago, an HVAC company came out and told us we needed to replace our AC unit - a $10K - $15K expense. We reached out to a few companies, including All Out, for pricing. When they came out, though, they fixed what two other companies said couldn't be fixed. That unit is still going without issue. Since then, they've done a maintenance visit and another fix just today on the other unit in our house.Tre on their team has visited our house a number of times and is always super helpful, courteous, and does quick work! We contacted them this morning and they came out this afternoon, which was much appreciated.

I had estimates from four different companies, and this one truly stood up from the rest. Not only with Trey, and the other young technician, incredibly professional and kind, but they also went the extra mile by adding coolant to my system to keep me comfortable while I took a few days to review quotes, and make a decision - none of the other companies offered that kind of Service. What really impressed me was the level of care that they showed throughout the entire process. I even received a follow up call from the owner, George, just to check on how I was doing that kind of customer services. Where these days this company didn’t just provide an estimate. They provide a piece of mind. I highly recommend them, and anyone looking for an honest, thoughtful and above, and beyond Service.

Online scheduling is super convenient. Had an issue after hours and was able to schedule an apt for the next day.Kam was awesome! Fast, professional and very patient with me answering my questions. AC went out late afternoon on a weekday and I called around to several places but couldn't find anyone with availability today. George gave me a call back at 5 and told me he would try to get someone out that night and called me again shortly after to let me know his technician would be on the way. Kam showed up just a couple hours later and was a life saver for us from the grueling heat today. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything he was doing with pics. Less than an hour later the air was running again. He offered a very fair price especially for a last minute service call. Won't hesitate to use these guys again for all future HVAC needs!

When my husband went to switch from evap to ac on a humid 110+ day, the ac didn’t come on. The guys from All Out came over the next day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed our 9-year-old unit. They were prompt and professional and the cost was reasonable. We’ll definitely be keeping their contact info for the future!

I was more than pleased with my service. Kam and Jayce were very courteous and professional. Kam went over everything with me and didn't try to hard sell me on anything. I've tried a couple of different air conditioning services in the past, but always had an "iffy" feeling after the work was done. I feel very comfortable using All Out air conditioning in the future and signed up for their yearly check up plan which is very affordable. Highly recommended...

All Out Cooling and Heating is everything you could hope for in a local business: always professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. George (the owner) sets the tone with a clear and dedicated commitment to customer service and integrity, and his team truly goes “All Out” every time they service our home. Tre has worked on our AC units several times (including leading the most recent AC replacement) and is incredibly knowledgeable and professional; we always feel like we are in great hands when he is here. We also had excellent service from Kam and others during a recent AC replacement. Not only did they immediately come out when our system stopped working, they then worked all day and then late into the evening (and George even came back again over the weekend) to get us back up and running during a very tough time for our family earlier this summer. We’re extremely grateful and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our AC needs. Highly, highly recommend!
