I brought All Out to our house for a maintenance check, and in doing so, Tre found that the coil on our rooftop unit was bad--very bad. Thankfully, it was still under manufacturer warranty--but they handled all the warranty work, were able to get it replaced the same day, and likely saved me big & bad summer cooling drama. Did a great job for us, and I will see them next time.

Kam had the best deal, but also was extremely professional and kind throughout the whole process. We recently were introduced to All Out Cooling & Heating. I explained to George an issue we have been experiencing for over a year now. In short, when the compressor was running it was annoyingly vibrating the new 1yr old ceiling/wall metal framing. Other HVAC companies offered us zero solutions to ease the irritating sound. When George sent tech Tre to inspect the system, he found there was an improper install when the unit was originally setup. Tre provided a detailed explanation of what they could do to resolve the issue. Within 2hrs of the service, the irritating vibration sound is gone and is finally running smoothly. I strongly recommend All Out Cooling and Heating. It’s hard to find anyone who puts pride and professionalism into their work over volume work for quick cash. We paid a lot for a high end unit last time only to be told it was the worst installation ever seen by every a/c installer that gave us a quote. But George at All Out was the only one that completely explained what was wrong with the previous installment and how it should be fixed. When George and his team installed our new unit they were polite and professional. They laid down tarp and hung plastic sheeting and didn’t leave a trace of being in our house. I never felt like I had to question or check on them during the install. They fixed or improved basically everything and gave a walk through when they were done to explain everything, including before and after photos. It was shockingly amazing. The attic looked like a high tech machine—like something off the space shuttle—no joke !! The quality of work is apparent. The bolts used in the hung right cradle fixture were perfectly centered in the 2x4s They even cleaned junk/trash in the attic left behind by past contractors . 100% impressed.If you are a person that does a lot of your own maintenance to your cars or house and appreciates common sense engineering and sees beauty in a high end car, you will be in awe by the difference of what All Out does to your attic! Maybe the ductwork in our attic was worse than what the average customer’s before, but I don’t believe anyone else would’ve done all of the improvements to the ductwork that they did, even with a typical install. I 100% know the installation was done right this time, and the unit will last longer because of that. Bottom line: great install and great customer service for a competitive price!!

George was just the nicest honest guy . I used another A/C company was a nightmare. Did not show on Wednesday then came on Thursday without the proper equipment . So came on Friday did something but had to come back later. The tech said that it could be the condenser and it may last or not and it would be cheaper to get a whole A/C unit. The repaired lasted 10 min so I called and know one came back or any call to apologize. Called George and he came right out an pin pointed the problem right away it was a condenser motor. He replaced the proper parts cleaned my unit up and works great. George went over an above on helping me on the 120 degree temp on the roof. Great Company and very affordable.

This company is very professional and friendly. Both our AC units were in need of replacing. George came out quickly and had a quote back to us in a very short period of time. I have to say, of all the companies (including Costco's choice company) George was the ONLY one who reconfigured the way our ducts were positioned so that we would get better airflow and therefore save us even more money. The way the builder put in the ducts we never had great air flow to 1/3 of the house. No one else that went into our attic to look at the current system ( which was put in place by the builder 17 years ago ) came down with any helpful suggestions the way George did. They were on time and took very good care of protecting our home while doing the removal of the old system, and installing the new. I had Weather Masters come out because no ac. Their serviceman said my unit couldn't be fixed, so a salesman came out. The new unit would be $11000. Then I called All Out. He fixed a part that didn't let the condensation drain and the ac started back up. Total charge to fix it was $225. His name is Marti and he did a great job and saved me $11000!!

Today, I showed up for a no heat on a split gas furnace, here are my findings. I found that rats I have took over their attic and got into the cabinet and eight, the two being connecting the induction draft motor in the negative pressure switch. With that having an interrupted connection, the led error code that it was throwing was ee to corresponding to the pressure switch. Wants a shortening to me hose? Connecting induction, draft and pressure switch reinstalled unit started .

Today I went to a home for a GFC annual tune up on two split heat pumps. I found that all components and the systems were operating within manufacturer specifications. I found that both blower wheels need to be cleaned. Estimate written to client.

Today, I showed up to do a reality inspection checklist on a split gas furnace, here are my findings.
1). The 12x12 air grill in the loft is not connected to the h.v.a.c. system. It is an exhaust flute leading directly to a roof penetration.
2). The missing thumb screws were found inside the cabinet. It must have fallen off at some point, but are now secured back in original position.
3). The air leak that was mentioned where the line set enters the air handler cabinet has been addressed. It was due to a missing or malfunctioned grommet, and remedied with hardcast tape.
4). The zoning system is operating properly at this time. While the lower level zone is active, is it attributed to a 10% manufacturer air loss. And the same would call for the upstairs system, having a ten percent bleed into the lower level.
5). The rust it's normal for the age of the cabinet, contributing to the moisture inside the system.

Scope of work
1. Protect home with floor covers and drape plastic in closets and pantries as needed.
2. Remove & Replace existing split system with new AHRI rated split system with air handler in the attic.
3. Supply & Install custom uni-strut hangers to support system/drain pan.
4. Supply & Install a new secondary drip pan with vibration isolators.
5. Supply & Install new custom fabricated duct distribution boxes (plenums) matched & sealed to the flange of the air handler to prevent air leaks.
6. Supply & Install new manual dampers on every supply duct off of the plenum.

Nest thermostat needed to be reconfigured because after by passing stat for heat and ac, the unit started to run in normal operation. stat said cooling and was actually heating and fan wasn’t running. Ac and heat run in normal operation at this time. Customer would like quote for new

Water stains look like they have been drying up and cannot find any freshwater tracks. Cleaned out drain line and noticed that it was a little backed up. I also dumped water along the evaporator coil down to the drip pan and noticed the drip pan seemed to be a little rushed out towards the west side and it could have been leaking throughout the summer and it’s just now showing signs in the office. Problem occurs with water leaking through the drip pan then the only suggestion to fix it is to replace the unit.

Heat pump and AC both run normal operation at this time. Suggested to customer to change out the filter once a month and not to reuse dirty ones.

I checked the AC unit and heat pump in Chandler, AZ, and found that pressures were normal. However, the temperature split was slightly off due to the ductwork. Despite this, both the AC and heat pump are running in normal operation at this time, with no major issues detected.
