Kam and Tre saved the day!!! I live on the third floor and when my AC broke down I was baking. Due to all the jobs All Out had lined up, it was going to take a few days to get fixed while also waiting for the parts to come in, but they fit me into their schedule after finding the parts, and mentioned that it was because they didn’t want me to have a whole weekend without AC. They were extremely courteous and efficient, and got my AC up and running like it never has before! I would recommend these techs to anyone, and they will definitely be my first call if I ever have issues again. They were also very thorough when explaining the new system to me, and were very knowledgeable. Thank you so much Tre and Kam!!! I hope you get paid the big bucks to do this work because it sure was hot. Please give these guys a raise!

My AC hadn’t been serviced in 3 or 4 years and I hadn’t changed the filters either. I’m surprised it was running at all! But Tre came in and completely cleaned the unit; changed the filters and it’s running so much smoother! He told me what needs to be done and what was optional which I appreciated. He also made sure he wore those booties to protect the floor. Companies that do that I find are usually more reliable because they care about doing the job neatly and correctly. They are now my new affordable AC company. . Highly recommend!
We had the best experience with this company!! Our building was so hot for DAYS, and within 5 minutes of the technician arriving, it was running very well. Cam took extra time and care to make sure it was running the best it possibly could! He was so friendly and answered all of my ignorant girl questions with respect, and care. Wow!!!! This company definitely goes above and beyond for their customers. Our technician Kam was exceptional when providing great customer service. Not only did he answer all of our questions he also provided great feedback for the future. I absolutely loved his enthusiasm to get our AC fixed as soon as possible. Our upstairs ac went out in the middle of last week so we called George Brazil, as they had been servicing our ac units for almost a decade now. George Brazil told us the repair would be 3k and that it wouldn't last long and talked us into getting a whole new unit. After scheduling the install and sitting on the price of a new unit, I decided to call around to get other quotes. My friend ended up referring me to All Out and I can't say how grateful I am for their referral! Turns out we didn't even need a new unit at this time and the cost for repairs were astronomically lower than what George Brazil had quoted us. George with All Out sent Kam out to our house to get us situated with working ac before leaving us with our decision on whether or not we wanted to do the repairs or go with a whole new unit, which was more than amazing because we had already been going on over 24hrs without ac upstairs. Kam was amazing and came out late at night to do the repair for us so that we could start cooling off our upstairs ASAP. All Out has been nothing but a pleasure to do business with. We even ended up signing up for their membership and have canceled our previous provider services. If you're looking for a company to go all out for your needs, I highly recommend giving All Out a call! I can't thank them enough!
My wife and I used all out after checking pricing for a new ac unit from a few different companies. We were told the blower motor went out in our hvac and that they could repair the problem or, as you'd guess, recommended replacing since the "repair wouldn't last long and the new part with yiur old system will stress that part and you'll be paying for another repair in a year".After being informed that we had a failure we started shopping around. We used George Brazil for our maintenance for years but they quoted me $3,000 to do a repair that All Out was able to do for literally less than 1/3 the cost of that. George and cam are wonderful to work with, I never felt pressured, and they have been bending over backwards to give us an amazing experience in this time of need. I cannot thank you guys enough. Quick, polite, explained process in real-time, used B&A photos of temperatures and parts, wore shoe covers when entering home, gave an overall inspection before they left. I needed one part replaced on a 5 year old unit. Don’t panic when your ac stops blowing cold or goes out on a day that’s 110 outside! Man, I can’t say how much these guys are a life saver. Called 3 different places, they were unable to help and most attempted to make me purchase a new system. Not All Out Cooling. I brought All Out to our house for a maintenance check, and in doing so, Tre found that the coil on our rooftop unit was bad--very bad. Thankfully, it was still under manufacturer warranty--but they handled all the warranty work, were able to get it replaced the same day, and likely saved me big & bad summer cooling drama. Did a great job for us, and I will see them next time.
Kam Cullimore, was excellent! He did a great job fixing our A/C unit after a few other places gave us quotes. Kam had the best deal, but also was extremely professional and kind throughout the whole process. He not only fixed our condensing motor, but also cleaned up the unit, took pictures, and showcased the whole process by pictures and videos! Highly recommend!

We recently were introduced to All Out Cooling & Heating. I explained to George an issue we have been experiencing for over a year now. In short, when the compressor was running it was annoyingly vibrating the new 1yr old ceiling/wall metal framing. Other HVAC companies offered us zero solutions to ease the irritating sound. When George sent tech Tre to inspect the system, he found there was an improper install when the unit was originally setup. Tre provided a detailed explanation of what they could do to resolve the issue. Within 2hrs of the service, the irritating vibration sound is gone and is finally running smoothly. A couple months ago I had All Out Heating & Cooling replace my 20 year old Trane system with a new Deikon system. Everything is still working great! All the staff was very professional and courteous. I strongly recommend All Out Cooling and Heating. It’s hard to find anyone who puts pride and professionalism into their work over volume work for quick cash. We paid a lot for a high end unit last time only to be told it was the worst installation ever seen by every a/c installer that gave us a quote. But George at All Out was the only one that completely explained what was wrong with the previous installment and how it should be fixed. When George and his team installed our new unit they were polite and professional. They laid down tarp and hung plastic sheeting and didn’t leave a trace of being in our house. I never felt like I had to question or check on them during the install. They fixed or improved basically everything and gave a walk through when they were done to explain everything, including before and after photos. It was shockingly amazing. The attic looked like a high tech machine—like something off the space shuttle—no joke !! The quality of work is apparent. The bolts used in the hung right cradle fixture were perfectly centered in the 2x4s They even cleaned junk/trash in the attic left behind by past contractors . 100% impressed.If you are a person that does a lot of your own maintenance to your cars or house and appreciates common sense engineering and sees beauty in a high end car, you will be in awe by the difference of what All Out does to your attic! Maybe the ductwork in our attic was worse than what the average customer’s before, but I don’t believe anyone else would’ve done all of the improvements to the ductwork that they did, even with a typical install. I 100% know the installation was done right this time, and the unit will last longer because of that. Bottom line: great install and great customer service for a competitive price!!
I was extremely happy with All out Cooling and Heating. George was prompt with his communication and followed through with his commitment and promises. On the day of installation, Tre was courteous, professional and on time. Their installation was very neat, and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I've used All Out several times throughout the years and I will continue to do so.

George was just the nicest honest guy . I used another A/C company was a nightmare. Did not show on Wednesday then came on Thursday without the proper equipment . So came on Friday did something but had to come back later. The tech said that it could be the condenser and it may last or not and it would be cheaper to get a whole A/C unit. The repaired lasted 10 min so I called and know one came back or any call to apologize. Called George and he came right out an pin pointed the problem right away it was a condenser motor. He replaced the proper parts cleaned my unit up and works great. George went over an above on helping me on the 120 degree temp on the roof. Great Company and very affordable.

Heating and air conditioning inspection.Thermostat install went well and Deven got it done! The blower wheel and motor have issues and I am pondering repair or replace the whole unit. The unit is old and could have more issues.Having the inspection done is a good thing so I can do some planning and make a better decision.

On 10/2/24 the upstairs air conditioning stopped working at our house. (It was 104° that afternoon) My friend recommended All Out Cooling and Heating. I called and spoke with Angela at the office. It was already 3:30 pm that day, but she made some calls to see if any of the technicians could squeeze us in. She was able to change some things around and sent Deven, who came by right away. Deven was personable, knowledgeable and got right to work. He was able to get everything back up and running and we were so thankful! This company is very professional and friendly. Both our AC units were in need of replacing. George came out quickly and had a quote back to us in a very short period of time. I have to say, of all the companies (including Costco's choice company) George was the ONLY one who reconfigured the way our ducts were positioned so that we would get better airflow and therefore save us even more money. The way the builder put in the ducts we never had great air flow to 1/3 of the house. No one else that went into our attic to look at the current system ( which was put in place by the builder 17 years ago ) came down with any helpful suggestions the way George did. George is the owner of Air Control. He and his staff are extremely professional and courteous. They were on time and took very good care of protecting our home while doing the removal of the old system, and installing the new. We had JUST put in a brand new built in closet ( worth 20k ) and when they were done - not a single scratch anywhere in the closet, which is where they had to go through to gain access to the attic.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Air Control to anyone looking to replace their current system. Thank you Air Control, George, for all that you did, proving that local small businesses are most times the best!! We love the new AC & Heating system. It's efficient and quiet and we expect to enjoy many years of comfortable cooling and heating.
I called All Out after being referred to them by a friend. Trey answered the phone on the first ring, and the service tech Devon was on my doorstep less than 2 hours later. They took the time to explain to me all the testing they were going to do, then went through what all the results of the tests mean. I feel they did a thorough service on my units and were very low pressure. Service call fee was very reasonable. 100% will call them again in the future!
