Edit***I recently had new work done with the All Out team. We were experiencing an issue with a new A/C unit that wasn’t sufficiently cooling our home. The All Out team that came out led by Tre went above and beyond to fix this for us! They came out multiple times to see that everything was fixed and believe me this was a stubborn one. They never complained and always made sure we were happy. I can not recommend this company enough for any of your HVAC needs!!! Our house is an ice box now even when it’s 110 outside 🥶The All Out! Team is awesome! They came out to my house on time and work diligently until the job was done. I had to get my entire system replaced and even in the 100+ degree weather they worked hard and efficiently. Can’t recommend them enough!

Update, unfortunately George had to come out again, because the company that changes our filters did not change inside filters, and caused our compressor to go out, but George to the rescue again, had it done same day! Our office was sitting at 88 degrees over the weekend, George and Tre were out here in Tucson within 24hrs of calling them. Our unit was more than 20yrs old, so we had to have a whole unit replaced. George explained the whole process and kept me updated the whole way through. George and his crew had the crane here, took out old unit, and replaced with new unit within 2hrs!! We are extremely satisfied with their knowledge and efficiency, would definitely recommend All out Cooling & Heating!

I have been without air-conditioning for over two months I called simplify heating and air and they told me I had to replace my entire unit for about $10,000. A friend of mine recommended that I talked to George at all out cooling and heating all we had to do is change a motor and lo and behold, I have air conditioning again. Excellent team and service. About a year ago, an HVAC company came out and told us we needed to replace our AC unit - a $10K - $15K expense. We reached out to a few companies, including All Out, for pricing. When they came out, though, they fixed what two other companies said couldn't be fixed. That unit is still going without issue. Since then, they've done a maintenance visit and another fix just today on the other unit in our house.Tre on their team has visited our house a number of times and is always super helpful, courteous, and does quick work! I had estimates from four different companies, and this one truly stood up from the rest. Not only with Trey, and the other young technician, incredibly professional and kind, but they also went the extra mile by adding coolant to my system to keep me comfortable while I took a few days to review quotes, and make a decision - none of the other companies offered that kind of Service. AC went out late afternoon on a weekday and I called around to several places but couldn't find anyone with availability today. When my husband went to switch from evap to ac on a humid 110+ day, the ac didn’t come on. The guys from All Out came over the next day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed our 9-year-old unit. Kam and Tre saved the day!!! I live on the third floor and when my AC broke down I was baking. Due to all the jobs All Out had lined up, it was going to take a few days to get fixed while also waiting for the parts to come in, but they fit me into their schedule after finding the parts, and mentioned that it was because they didn’t want me to have a whole weekend without AC. They were extremely courteous and efficient, and got my AC up and running like it never has before! My AC hadn’t been serviced in 3 or 4 years and I hadn’t changed the filters either. I’m surprised it was running at all! But Tre came in and completely cleaned the unit; changed the filters and it’s running so much smoother! He told me what needs to be done and what was optional which I appreciated. He also made sure he wore those booties to protect the floor. Companies that do that I find are usually more reliable because they care about doing the job neatly and correctly. Our upstairs ac went out in the middle of last week so we called George Brazil, as they had been servicing our ac units for almost a decade now. George Brazil told us the repair would be 3k and that it wouldn't last long and talked us into getting a whole new unit. After scheduling the install and sitting on the price of a new unit, I decided to call around to get other quotes. My friend ended up referring me to All Out and I can't say how grateful I am for their referral! Turns out we didn't even need a new unit at this time and the cost for repairs were astronomically lower than what George Brazil had quoted us. George with All Out sent Kam out to our house to get us situated with working ac before leaving us with our decision on whether or not we wanted to do the repairs or go with a whole new unit, which was more than amazing because we had already been going on over 24hrs without ac upstairs. My wife and I used all out after checking pricing for a new ac unit from a few different companies. We were told the blower motor went out in our hvac and that they could repair the problem or, as you'd guess, recommended replacing since the "repair wouldn't last long and the new part with yiur old system will stress that part and you'll be paying for another repair in a year".After being informed that we had a failure we started shopping around. I found that rats I have took over their attic and got into the cabinet and eight, the two being connecting the induction draft motor in the negative pressure switch. With that having an interrupted connection, the led error code that it was throwing was ee to corresponding to the pressure switch. Wants a shortening to me hose? Connecting induction, draft and pressure switch reinstalled unit started .

Today, I showed up to do a reality inspection checklist on a split gas furnace, here are my findings.
1). The 12x12 air grill in the loft is not connected to the h.v.a.c. system. It is an exhaust flute leading directly to a roof penetration.
2). The missing thumb screws were found inside the cabinet. It must have fallen off at some point, but are now secured back in original position.
3). The air leak that was mentioned where the line set enters the air handler cabinet has been addressed. It was due to a missing or malfunctioned grommet, and remedied with hardcast tape.
4). The zoning system is operating properly at this time. While the lower level zone is active, is it attributed to a 10% manufacturer air loss. And the same would call for the upstairs system, having a ten percent bleed into the lower level.
5). The rust it's normal for the age of the cabinet, contributing to the moisture inside the system.

Scope of work
1. Protect home with floor covers and drape plastic in closets and pantries as needed.
2. Remove & Replace existing split system with new AHRI rated split system with air handler in the attic.
3. Supply & Install custom uni-strut hangers to support system/drain pan.
4. Supply & Install a new secondary drip pan with vibration isolators.
5. Supply & Install new custom fabricated duct distribution boxes (plenums) matched & sealed to the flange of the air handler to prevent air leaks.
6. Supply & Install new manual dampers on every supply duct off of the plenum.

Nest thermostat needed to be reconfigured because after by passing stat for heat and ac, the unit started to run in normal operation. stat said cooling and was actually heating and fan wasn’t running. Ac and heat run in normal operation at this time. Customer would like quote for new

Water stains look like they have been drying up and cannot find any freshwater tracks. Cleaned out drain line and noticed that it was a little backed up. I also dumped water along the evaporator coil down to the drip pan and noticed the drip pan seemed to be a little rushed out towards the west side and it could have been leaking throughout the summer and it’s just now showing signs in the office. Problem occurs with water leaking through the drip pan then the only suggestion to fix it is to replace the unit.

Heat pump and AC both run normal operation at this time. Suggested to customer to change out the filter once a month and not to reuse dirty ones.

I checked the AC unit and heat pump in Chandler, AZ, and found that pressures were normal. However, the temperature split was slightly off due to the ductwork. Despite this, both the AC and heat pump are running in normal operation at this time, with no major issues detected.
